Yangdup lama - A passionate bartender, beverage trainer and consultant. Have been associated with alcoholic beverages since my early days at the Hyatt Regency, Delhi. I run Cocktails & Dreams, a Beverage Consultancy Company and Bartending School, along with a few more passionate bartenders. With over 16 years of beverage experience I extend bar and beverage consultancy services and training to amateur beverage professionals, liquor companies and consumers on different forms of alcoholic beverages, appreciation and usage. Conducting sessions on professional bartending, mixology and beverage management across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bahrain and Qatar. I am the consultant beverage trainer for the Taj Luxury Hotels in India and have covered extensive training with senior and junior beverage personels across Indian cities since 2006.Setting up bars, beverage list, cocktail development and design, streamlining operations, beverage controls and promotions. Actively involved in consumer activities comprising of fun workshops, promotional projects and booze parties.Work closely with liquor marketing and various beverage companies on beverage training, relationship building activity with the F & B community. Developing and facilitating sessions and designing and developing recipes for various alcoholic and Non Alcholic brands.Presently involved with United Spirits India and Pepsico India and working closely with the marketing and technical development team in designing drinks for their existing brand port folio as well as working on developing new products from flavored spirits, RTDS and Non- Alc mixes
