Her extensive experience of a decade plus spans across consulting, hospitality and travel, telecom, IT, engineering, financial institutions, BPOs and law firms across India and abroad as an L&D professional and Coach has given her deep insight into learning motivation and personal and professional challenges people face in the real world.

She has been personally trained and certified with Sue Knight, an international consultant and author, pioneering the use of NLP for people in business and life.
