Nischal Gurung is a renowned mixologist in India who has been in the hospitality trade for the last 15 years. He runs a company called Mixologik which deals in Bartending - Consultancy & Training for Bars and various Liquor brands, Freelance bartending - catering to various events like marriages, fashion shows, liquor launches and corporate events across India and other countries and runs a Bar school where he develops bartenders of the future.

After Graduating from IHMCTAN, Kolkata in 1996, he joined the Hyatt Regency hotel in Delhi where he picked his interest & traits on Bartending. He then went on to teach at the Food & Craft institute, Darjeeling and was the founding partner of Cocktails & Dreams bar school.

He has trained more than 2000 bartenders who are working in Bars across India, Cruise liner and a few abroad. He has also worked as a trainer for companies such as Bacardi Martini India ltd, Diageo India ltd, Radico Khaitan, Dabur, Four Seasons Wine & Tulleeho. Some of the recent works which he has done is Beverage training for the The Serai, Jaisalmer, Aman Bagh, Rajasthan, Ai - The Love Hotel, Shalom, Buzz, Magique in New Delhi, Ummami, Gurgaon. He has also designed and set up few bars – like Fresco, Asia 7, Punjab Grill @ the Ambience Mall Gurgaon.
