Dash offers a variety of short courses in: ART OF COOKING, CHOCOLATE MAKING, ART OF GIFT WRAPPING, TROUSSEAU PACKING, MAKEUP Classes are held on weekdays and weekends with a choice of morning and evening slots. Details mentioned below:

ART OF COOKING:
Cooking classes are 1 day courses of 3 hours each day. The courses on offer are:

Soups, starters, salads (includes 2 soups 5 starters and 2 salads)

Indian (includes 4 mains and 2 desserts)

Italian and continental (includes 4 mains and 2 desserts) 

Eggless Desserts (Cakes, Puddings & Pies - Total 6 Desserts)

High Tea Sandwiches (includes 8 exotic varieties)

CHOCOLATE MAKING
Chocolate making is a 1 day session for 2.5 hours and covers truffles, caramels, lollies, almond clusters, crackle, flavourings, bikkis and more

(All material inclusive)

ART OF GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is a 2 day session for 2 hours each day.
Learn how to wrap gifts in creative and unique styles including embellishing, tagging, wine bottle wrapping and fabric wrapping.

(All material inclusive and students get to take home what they make and create)

TROUSSEAU PACKING is a 2 day session of 3 hours on each day and includes decorating & packing Saree/lehenga trays, platters, hampers, sagan envelopes, suit/saree bags, trousseau box, thal covers, cosmetic basket, basket decoration, etc (All material is inclusive and you get to take home what you make & create).

SKIN & MAKEUP 

(All Makeup material is inclusive and we use Mac and Bobbi Brown products. We provide the stationary, handbooks and a makeup brush kit to each student)
