A fun filled 90 mins workshop where one learns the styles of healthy Mocktails using the fresh fruits, fruit juices, aerated beverages and syrups. The workshop teaches on the various kinds of glassware needed at home and the equipment required. A tip on Home bar, Garnish cutting, and it’s presentation along with a list of Do’d & don’ts for Party planning. In total 10 Mocktails / Shakes will be covered out of which 6 will be made and tasted by you.
Nischal Gurung is a renowned mixologist in India who has been in the hospitality trade for the last 16 years. He runs a company called Mixologik which deals in Bartending - Consultancy & Training for Bars and various Liquor brands, Freelance bartending - catering to various events like marriages, fashion shows, liquor launches and corporate events across India and other countries and runs a Bar school where he develops bartenders of the future.
He has trained more than 2000 bartenders who are working in Bars across India, Cruise liner and a few abroad. He has also worked as a trainer for companies such as Bacardi Martini India ltd, Diageo India ltd, Radico Khaitan, Dabur, Four Seasons Wine & Tulleeho. Some of the recent works which he has done is Beverage training for the The Serai, Jaisalmer, Aman Bagh, Rajasthan, Ai - The Love Hotel, Shalom, Buzz, Magique in New Delhi, Ummami, Gurgaon.
He has conducted a lot of classes on Mocktails, Cocktails, Wines and Setting of a Home Bar and helping indivisuals in becoming confident and innovative to create and experiment on more concoctions.
